The Magi passes out his two predictions to an audience member for safe keeping. He explains he has marked each card in the deck. After shuffling the deck of cards he asks another audience member to stop him as he deals the deck face up. The selected card is set aside. The deck is again shuffled. As before a spectator is asked to stop him anytime as he deals the cards face down. The predictions are read aloud and appear to be incorrect. Undaunted the Magi reveals that the marked cards do not match the face value of the playing card. The spectators are instructed to turn their card face down to read the mark. They are amazed that the markings match the predictions.
